No automated decisions or advertising profiling are carried out.

Managing table bookings through Cal.com (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Responding to enquiries received by phone or email (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Only with your consent, loading third-party functional content (Google Maps) through cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Data processed and recipients

Bookings process name, phone and, where applicable, email. The booking provider, Cal.com, acts as a data processor and may involve international transfers protected by EU standard contractual clauses.

Data is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

4. Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to manage the booking and to comply with legal obligations (including tax law), and in any case no longer than required by applicable law.
